This guy visited our store back in May 2019 and offer to sell computers. He told us he has inventory sell and would offer discounted price if purchased in bulk. My business ordered 10 computers for the first order. There was shipping delays and we only received 3 out of 10 computers and those 3 computers quality weren’t as described. We cancelled the rest 7 computers and asked for refund. He agreed and asked me to sign the refund order documents on June19 and we signed the paper and waited for the refund. We still have not received the refund and every time we talk to this guy, he is keep saying he will send the refund but we are still calling him and sending him message almost everyday but no refund.
