Paid for a in person course that was supossed to happen near me. I didnt order any material as i already had what i needed. Just need the training and certificate. I paid and book the date off. All seemed well, it was supposed to happen in April 16, 2020. So obviously it didnt due to CoViD. So i called and emailed multiple times inquiring about a rescheduled date, or refunds etc. Never got any emails after my payment confirmation, even agter multiple attempts. Im out the money and never got a response or reschedule. My colleagues also signed up so this happened to a few people i know as well. In the same way. Company is a scam

It started with a sponsored add on FB to join a free webinar to learn about the M2TBlade and the course. The webinar seemed odd as I could not see who else was there unlike others I have attended. At the end, the offer the therapist a discounted price for the online course ($290 CAD). I input my email and phone and got a call the next day from a private number asking me if I am still interested in the online course and I said yes. They advised that the product (the blade and kinesio tape) would be shipped that week and for me to follow the link they will send to my email. I got my husband to look at it and he said it all seemed legit. He input our Credit Card info and course details and price. Next 2 day our card was double billed over 400 dollars each time. I waited 4 weeks for the blade (no Kinesio tape) tape to arrive in the strangest way (it was dropped off at a local gas station) They suddenly stopped responding to me emails. No one ever answers the phone or calls back when you leave a message. They blocked me on the FB and Twitter pages as I realized it was fraud and started warning people. No course was ever delivered. I have reported the fraud to the Halifax Police who will contact Ontario Police and filed a fraud complaint with MasterCard.
