Type of a scam Debt Collections
I have received a summons 2 different times from this company. It looks legit except there is no seal by the notary signature and along the bottom of each page it says this is an attempt to collect a debt. The company is not on my credit report and if the amt is legit it is from a debt that is over 10 years old, has been bought by Lvnv and is illegal for them to sue me for any amount.
