I believe lunalyrae is a fraudulent company with a sales scheme that targets young teens with a marketing ploy that promotes their bracelets for only $1. Since teens do not read the fine print, they think they’re getting a bargain but in reality they have signed up for a bracelet subscription which even when cancelled will still charge the customer a $19.99 monthly fee for 3 months. Their is no contact info for the company such as business address, phone number or email on their website. I completed their website cancellation form but the company never confirmed such cancellation. Since my teen mistakenly used debit cards, lunalyrae is now automatically deducting $19.99 and $1 monthly fees from two accounts. We also tried contacting them via twitter, Instagram and via text but lunalyrae does not respond to our messages to cancel the subscription. They also deleted our negative comment about their scam bracelets on their Instagram account. Teens and parents please be advised of this scam and I recommend ScamPulse.com investigate this company further.
