I purchased 2 wigs via Pay Pal from this online retailer (Luna Wigs) on 4/23/20. The online retail store replied back with an email confirmation of my order detailing a order number and shipping number.

They also included that shipment was being prepared and delivery time was 7-12 days. I never received my purchase. They indicated I could go back to the email to track my order. But there were never any updates. After several failed attempts of trying to reach customer service, I realized they scammed me. I got no response or reply from any of my emails. I attempted to call the customer service number included in the email. The number was no good!!

I got scammed out $43. Please shut down this website. They are scamming people left and right. It is so wrong. They are taking advantage of innocent people! It’s really a shame!

I ordered 2 NEW wigs from this website. It took more than 2 months to receive items that were, clearly, used. There was no legitimate customer service, as I tried several times to 1. track the package and 2. inquire as to why it took so long. I drew no response for the latter and the "package tracking system" is convoluted to where you never get a clear answer. I tried calling the number on the website and it is disconnected. I have worn wigs for more than a decade. I know the difference between one that is used and one that’s new. These wigs had no tags attached, nor did they have any strings. These wigs did not arrive in common wig packaging but they arrived in what looks like recycled zip lock bags. I also took a picture of what a newly purchased wig looks like but was only able to upload one picture. It DOES NOT look like what I received from Luna.

Type of a scam Counterfeit Product

The ad banner shows up in the PROMOTIONS section of GOOGLE once you open it, it takes you to the LUNA WIGS website where it looks totally official with all these color photos of beautiful wigs. Some even being modeled by Celebrities like Singers Monica and Jennifer Hudson. I used my Bank Card to place the order, and was provided a link to track the order and advised I would receive my order in 5-12 days. The tracking link never worked. Someone with broken English contacted me via email apologizing for the tracking link not working and asked me to give the order 3 to 5 more days to arrive. once the product arrived, I opened the package to a bunch of shedding balls of hair being passed off as wigs. Exceptionally poor quality. I emailed the email address [email protected] and demanded a return address as well as a full refund of the $110.35 paid. I received neither. Instead an email came stating I could not return the package until they told me to. and that the return address label on the package, was not the address to return the package to. The email further suggested that it would take $20 USD to return the package so they would be willing to offer a 20% refund of $22.07. When I declined their offer, they sent a second email offering a 30% refund of $33.10. I declined this offer as well and advised them I wanted nothing less than a FULL REFUND and that I was contacting the Better Business Bureau. I have not heard from them since.

Place an order on there website for $78.14 for several wigs included S/H. When the items came they were not what I had ordered; looked like wigs were made out of cat/dog hair. I did return the items to the address that was on the website, 45 days in still no response. Sad thing is they are using a picture of Jennifer Hudson as a model for one of their wigs.

The wigs that are advertised on this site are not what you get with they are delivered to your door. Some of them are just balls of hair, and some are something totally different than what you expected to receive. There are numerous online reviews about how this company is such a huge scam, but I noticed that no one has reported them. So, that is what I am doing. It only takes one time for someone to pull one over on me, and I want to make sure they pay for all the people they have scammed.

Merchant false advertises. Merchant uses videos taken from different sites (YouTube) and state that their product is a direct replica. Product received is significantly different than what is shown on website. It is difficult to return the product purchased and not preferred by the company. The merchant offers for you to keep falsified product and refund 20% of the product price. Merchant ships from Malta, taking 2-3 wks to arrive to the US. I purchased Luna Wig 028. Online video displays wig that can be parted up front with lace front material which was not what was received. Very poor quality.
