Type of a scam Online Purchase

I arrived at this point, because I received another jar of this product and I wanted to discontinue it. I initially purchased it as a trial. An enclosure with additional products was included in the packaging, but it didn’t have any company affiliation for reference or logo visible. When I looked at the packing slip, there was an address, but no other reference to a Company or contact information. It doesn’t even have a cost displayed on it. So, I wasn’t even sure how much I was charged for it. When I searched the associated website, (i.e. http://luminarycream.com/) it was misleading. It lead me to another trial for "Skin Prove." There was contact information there, so I called it, but they didn’t know what I was talking about. However, they did give me some advice–look at the bottle. I found a number there and called it. And yes, they had my information. I then learned that they charged me $93.87 for the jar. I explained that no where in the prior agreement did it state that the product would cost me this amount and that I wanted to return the sealed product. They declined, after a minute the representative agreed to close the account and send me more product in its place. They would not accept a return. Lastly, I inquired about their website and they gave me the following: www.essentialsskincare.com–it was not authenticated.

I am now researching my statements and following through with the shipment and/or delivery agent. I also recently discovered that they falsified its endorsement. I am disappointed in myself, because I am normally very careful about these things.
