I ordered a camera strap on April 2, 2019, and was sent an order confirmation right away. On April 5, I was sent a USPS tracking number, which sent me to a USPS pre-shipment confirmation, awaiting the package. The package was never sent to USPS. After one month, and five unanswered emails to “[email protected]”, I contacted my credit card company to dispute this charge and get my money back. Be aware, as I was not, that there is no phone number for customer support. That should have been a red flag for me. I don’t believe this is a legitimate company. Luckily, my purchase was insured through my credit card or I would have been out $99.00.
