Placed an order back in January for a product, was told up to 25 days for shipping. I contacted the company via Facebook since that was the only way and they made me wait a WEEK to receive tracking information on a product that was shipped a month prior. The tracking number didn’t even exist and they gave me an excuse about a delay due to the Chinese New Year. They told me my tracking number didn’t exist because it wasnt in the destination country yet… They then repeated the same information they had already given me and i called them out on their automated messages and told me to wait another 5 days for more info.. My card has been charged OVER A MONTH AGO. And they are failing to be helpful or responsive. Seems to be an ongoing issue.
