Hello I’m living in Portugal, He send a mensage to a group of dogs saying he have dogs to offer and we only have to pay the shipping, 250 dollars, first I paid 125 dollars, next day he said he need more 100 dollars, and last time it was 50 dollars to the papers of the dog. He don’t send anything and not sending my money back, I still talking with him and he responds.
