A month ago, I ordered a personalized set of bracelets from this “ instagram Shop “ and the person told me I would get it in a couple weeks. Asked me to pay through an invoice they would email me, to which I did… after that, I got the receipt, however they do not answer my request for tracking info when they told me they had “sent it” and now ive been attempting to contact them for two weeks, but they just ignore my messages! Please help me and get my money back?

On January 7th I purchased a Valentine’s Day gift(bracelets) for my daughter. I was charged and never received the goods. The shop owner gave bogus reasons as to why I have not received the order initially and has now stopped responding. After researching on Instagram I found that this is a typical occurrence. I have since reported the incident to AMEX.
