I ordered a couple dog beds from this company almost 4 weeks ago. They gave me a tracking number (using 17track.net, which was a red flag) and it looked like my packages had shipped directly from China to L.A. where they were "stuck" in customs. They never moved from there. I repeatedly tried emailing the company asking for an update or refund and they always responded with a form response, apologizing and alleging that the package was on its way. I looked for more information on this company and could find nothing online, nor any reviews from real people. I’m afraid now because they have my credit card #… I should probably get a new one.
