I bought a table saw on this website for a discount. They said they would send me an email confirmation within three days. Never received any emails. I contacted support via email. They asked for purchase date and order number, which I was never given. I stated I never got an email with any info on the purchase of my product (including order number). They just responded with the same question again and never heard from them since. I will have to go through my bank to get refunded. Don’t trust this site!!

Type of a scam Counterfeit Product
I was looking for a 13” surface planer for my wood working hobby. I found an ad for a Ridgid 13” planer at Home Depot. I went into the ad and it had LUCKWA at the top but everything else was Home Depot. I went ahead and paid for the planer. I didn’t receive a receipt or conformation number. The next morning I check with my bank and the money was gone. Home Depot has no record of this transaction. I was then told that I was the second person that called them in 20 minutes. This kind of scam hurts everyone.
