They called my mother told her I have two hours to call them back or they’d file a warrant for my arrest. I called them they wouldn’t tell me anything until I verified my birth date. They had my maiden name, full social security number, birth date and mothers phone number. They said it was for a T-Mobile account I had defaulted on in 07. I informed them I never had a T-Mobile account. They then told me I have to show a police report to support my claims. They refused to send me anything by mail stating this debt. Told me they sent a letter 3weeks ago to an address I lived at as a child. They stated if I couldn’t set up a payment they file for civil court. This is beyond harrassment. They’ve called my mother and my sister but not me directly.
