I was looking for a shih tzu breeder to purchase a puppy. I found a puppy that I was interested in and contacted them by email. After they decided I was qualified they asked me to call to answer my questions. The phone number went to voicemail. I asked them to call me via text and 24 hours later he called. Told me the location was in AK and they would ship the dog on a Monday, Wed. or Fri.. Said I needed to go to Wal-Mart and send a money gram for $500. Asked how soon I was going to send it. I got off the phone and told him in order to protect my purchase I could use a credit card or paypal. Never got a response. Looked on line and saw the same dog on many sites. Looked up to see if other people had issues and they did. They sent the $500 and never got the dog.
