Looking for Shih Tzu puppy found website with cute pics. Emailed and Noah Espinoza text me saying my pup was available. Said his credit card machine was down and to use Zelle so I did. Paid $500. Next day blue moon shipping Co said puppy was on her way but I needed to pay 987.00 insurance to get her. I called, man who answered barely spoke English so I knew I’d been scammed.
