I’m 78 yrs old. I got a call today from an automated voice message which said: "Your interest rate can be lowered on your credit card. Let us know if you are interested in this, if you don’t, your credit card will be canceled." The caller ID read "unavailable". The ring tone sounded like an old-fashioned ring tone. The recorded voice was not foreign.
