Type of a scam Online Purchase
I ordered a product over 2 months ago now, but when it was about a month after (4 weeks), I went to check on the tracking, and the site stated that the order did not exist. I have emailed multiple times, and was given a Facebook page because apparently all messages are taken care of through Facebook messenger, even though their website shows that all inquires may be emailed at the email address provided on the website. I have clicked on the Facebook link I was given in an email from Melanie Delrieu, and the many, many times I have tried, I always get a message claiming that the Facebook page has been removed. So I sent many emails again, but never got a response back. So here I am tonight.. I have emailed one last time to give this company one last chance at either sending me my ordered items, or a full refund, but once again have received an automated email stating to check the Facebook page, with a link to their Facebook page. I even tried checking on my order again and that whole page is not even there anymore.
