Company hooks individual to buy “skip the line” for quicker delivery $3.93 but took 16 days for delivery. Returned product same day of delivery and have never received refund $88.06 even though they say they issued. Generic response from a Michelle Smith, Support Specialist that banks sometime take a week to process. Paid thru PayPal and have never submitted refund. Ripping people off!!! Ordered masks and Filters. Something needs to be done and recover people’s money.
