If you search Lovepetcollar.com and Bayercollars.com you will see they have the same email address [email protected] outlook.com same, non working phone number and an address in Montgomery, Texas. You can find these websites all over under different domain names with different states listed as their base of operation. All have non working telephone numbers. If you have the bad luck to have paid for flea collars with Paypal, don’t expect them to honor their knockoff warranty. They will work hand in hand with the seller and get an address in China to ship back the collars. The one I was given

As you can see, no discernible name for shipment. A name is required to send international packages. If you talk to (rather message) PayPal…there are no phone calls because of the covid crisis…they even took the opportunity to take down one of their SanJose, California phone numbers and the main number goes straight to an automated contact number…Good luck.
Conversing through their message system is like conversing with a brain dead robot. Contact through their Resolution Center is non existent for the buyer…available to the counterfeit seller. If they don’t want to answer a question, they just ignore it and answer whatever they want. It seems they are working hand in hand with counterfeiters and not for the consumer. If they would look at any evidence they would have to concede that the products are counterfeit. So why would they?

This JUST happened to me! I found it on RipOFF Report and cancelled my order immediately and I am going through the same rigmarole with PAYPAL and emails to MORTY ONLINE. His Website says FREE SHIPPING and FREE returns.
I payed for shipping because I couldn’t reach them by phone.

I’m debating whether to return the product to the address you supplied, or alternatively to send to the fraud/counterfeit divisions of the Homeland Security department. After all, I’m not in the habit of returning counterfeit items nor stolen goods (intellectual property) to the thieves.

I’ve researched returning these items however and according to DHL (from whom I received this package) says the postal code, 351168, does not match the city (Putian). So I’m pretty sure that the items will “disappear” if I do send them back after paying approximately $60.00 for shipping.

This scam has been going on for a while. The address given is real, but the place was on a realtor’s listing site, so nobody there has anything to do with this scam. I did receive the product (6 collars) and verified with Bayer pet products that all were counterfeit. Bayer, however doesn’t seem to care and would not even send a letter stating this fact. Since Bayer pet products seem to be the target of many of these Chinese counterfeiters, I’ve decided to no longer support any of their products (not even aspirin!).

Try the phone number given on the site. You’ll get “this number is not reachable PPS6180” This means this is a prepaid or “burner” phone which is probably now in the landfill somewhere.

I googled Bayer Company and placed an order on April 3rd, for 5 collars believing the whole time I was on the official website for them. After 3 weeks and no communication, other than my confirmation email my payment was processed, giving me an invoice id# and receipt#, I connected the company (lovepetcollar thru Shopify Shop) and was told they couldn’t find my order. I replied with a copy of my email showing payment was made and listed invoice id# and receipt#. They sent email back saying they couldn’t open the attached copy in my email. I then made a screen shot and sent that back, and no response as of today.

I tried contacting Shopify thru their website but it is apparently only accessible if you have a web store with them. I’m still trying to find how to get thru to a human there.
And due to the virus, I am unable to contact PayPal by phone, because the payment to these jerks is not showing on my account, after checking out as a guest when the purchase was made. Because it shows it went via PayPal, I assumed I was safe, but after updating my PayPal info, thinking that was why it wasn’t showing on my account, it’s still not there. I’ve emailed PayPal explaining the situation but it could be weeks or months before I hear back from them due to the virus shutdown.
Any help on how to retrieve my money is greatly appreciated!
