I purchased a Pandora bracelet and 2 charms online at Joowel.com that I I needed for a birthday. After several weeks, I checked the site and it said it was still pending shipment. I started investigating and realized it was a scam. I emailed the company to cancel the order and refund my $$$ (because there is no other means of contact) and quickly got a very inarticulate reply about how the product was just mailed. Very consistent with the scam. I called them out as a scam and again they assured me it was being shipped. That was 2 days ago. Today, the site no longer exists, but the EXACT interface is now under the *** *** *** at *** My credit card company is investigating and indicated I would be reimbursed my $$$.
