Scam. Chinese company that pretends they are shipping from USA. Their website https://www.lovekider.com/ says that they do returns or exchanges but they do not. I ordered a size 8 and they shipped me a size 11. They refused to allow me to return them. They insisted I pay more money to ship another pair. I reported them to my credit card company and PayPal. Total scam. Do not buy!

I purchased a pair of shoes from their website on January 26th, 2020, using PayPal as payment. I contacted them and had one email from them many weeks ago telling me that they were returning from their new year and to be patient. They’re listing a USA address as their address so how does a Chinese New Year come into play unless they are really in China? Since then I have heard nothing from them and have contacted them twice through email and on the website. I have no shipping information and I do believe this is a scam website. I will also be contacting PayPal, a reputable company, to see how they are associated with this company.
