The lottery winner “Manuel Franco”requested to follow me on Instagram and sent a message shortly after.
I approved request to see what it was all about.
He basically said “ You are randomly picked among the selected winners I am giving the sum of $200k from my power-ball winning money”
I searched it and saw it was a scam.
I noticed that “lottery” on his IG Account. Also his name on his Bio profile is spelled “Manule”

Received a notice in the mail for an international lottery. Said I won $4,000,000.00 and I would have to go to Madrid Spain to collect.
