I recd a ph call on May 17, 2016 from Mark Ashley who stated I won 2.5 million dollars. He wanted me to send him
$480 to pay for IRS taxes. I should send the money via moneygram. I was also given a 585-633-0795 no. (Rochester, NY 14603), and I spoke to John Freda who verified he was w/the IRS and I did win 2.5 million dollars. I knew it was a scam.
