Found this website on Instagram promoted chunky knit blankets. I bought one as a Christmas present on 12/4/17. At time of purchase, the email stated it would be in between 12/12 and 12/22 and I received an order # but never a tracking #. I started checking on my order the closer it got to 12/22 and still no blanket. I googled the company and realized there are TONS of people complaining that they wouldn’t get their products, the phone number doesn’t work, they company doesn’t respond to emails and so on. I emailed them and no response for 48 hours except an automated/ generic response. I finally got a response that their shipping was taking longer than normal. I logged back on to the website to track the order and saw an ETA of 12/23 to 1/3…..shocker it still isn’t here. They have changed their phone number to some automated number and even though they did end up providing me with a tracking number and name of shipping company (EMS) it now says I’m not allowed to track this order. I logged onto the site today to track my order again and it now says "we’re sorry for the delay" and no eta is provided. I submitted a dispute to my credit card company. I wish I had done my research about the company but it sounds awful.
