The scammer has a house for rent listing on various websites such as Hot Pads, Zillow, Apartments.com, etc. If you inquiry information they then send you an email claiming to be a family of god looking to rent their home for cheap to help people but they are currently out of state. They ask for a $1,000 refundable deposit to be send via wire transfer.
