I went on line to purchase face mask on 7/11/20. and paid 38.21 for 4 and express shipping was 18.99 3-7 business days. The payment of $38.21 was taken and posted the items never shipped. I reached out to this company 3x by email no response. my order number is LOCOSTYLSH24111. which does not look like an order number. I never received an email stating the order had been processed or shipped. I researched this company and found several complaints from people with the same complaint money taken no items shipped.
