There are multiple locksmiths in Chapel Hill that are using random addresses as "store fronts." I work at The Bicycle Chain Chapel Hill at 210 West Franklin Street and recently one of these locksmiths begin using our address on Google maps. We’ve entered their alleged phone number into Google and found other websites in other states claiming to also be a locksmith. When you call they answer the phone "Services." When you ask about finding their address they claim to not have a brick and mortar and that these addresses must be a mistake. A local locksmith contacted us about pursuing a complaint with the BBB because these phony locksmiths take people’s money without providing a service or charge unfair exorbitant fees.
