Type of a scam Fake Invoice/Supplier Bill
This company sends out an invoice, after you have recently gotten a new deed. The invoice looks official, with a Warning on the outside envelope of $2000.00 Fine, 5 year imprisonment or both for any person interfering or obstructing with the delivery of this letter U.S. Mail. This is not a Government Approved or Authorized Document. The invoice inside looks real, and they want $89.00 to make copies of your deed. My deed is being sent to me, and I can make alot more copies if I need them. I believe they are scamming people big time.
