I got an email saying my loan was approved, but I never applied for one. I called to alert them, but the customer service rep wouldn’t talk about the account until I gave her both my email address and my full SSN. My email and the last 4 of my SSN should have been enough to identify me and I told her as such but she wouldn’t continue the call or let me tall to a manager until she got my full SSN.
