I am a graphic designer who was contacted via text message about creating a logo and brochure for a new furniture company. The individual and I exchanged several text and email messages for what I believed was conducting business. When I asked for a downpayment on services before beginning work, the individual agreed, then asked for my credit card company and full name. I terminated business with the individual immediately.
