I have already reported this Scam survey offer to the BBB at Austin Texas but wanted to add some more info.
It was a false survey that used Amazon as a bait for unsuspecting followers of Amazon. My search for email related to this Scam goes back to 2016 they asked survey questions with an offer to free bonus gift that seemed to be Amazon asking questions but is a false ruse to trap people into a automatic on going use of credit card numbers for items unwanted and not ordered. I canceled my credit card as soon as CHASE bank contacted me regarding suspicious activity on my account.
Hope i can help prevent others from getting trapped.
