E-Mail popped up in flashing red color saying my Microsoft account was in jeopardy on Dec. 17, 2016 at 9:00PM. I responded to them because of all the hacking going on and I had financial information on my computer. I thought it was legit livetechnician.com went through my computer supposedly getting rid of all viruses. Said people from Mexico were in my account. I was on the phone with them way over an hour. Then they said I should pay $279.99 for 2 yrs or $399.99 lifetime warranty. Told them I could only pay $279.99. I realized I was scammed on Dec. 18, 2016. I have several numbers for them: 1-800-866-927-0073, 1-800-888-750-8570, 1-888-574-2575, 1-888-334-5804. There was a Live Technician.com Complaint 349956 filed 6-2-16. A dispatcher at the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Dept. stated there was no such address (187 E Warm Springs Road, Ste B PMB, Las Vegas, NV. There is no business license for Live Technician in Las Vegas. I’m hoping you can help me on this. Thank you for your time Cecelia Steck 2-5-17.
