Type of a scam Tech Support
My daughters computer obtained a virus and they popped up posing as a Microsoft company and my daughter fell for it and clicked on their pop up window. They said they would assist in removing the virus but we needed to pay by credit card $499.00. My daughter not knowing in desperation provided them with her credit card but I was able to stop the payment before they received it. They called her on the phone and were insisting for her to pay and she was really scared and felt threatened. Currently they are now calling her on her cell phone and saying sexual things to her to try and get her to talk. Its very upsetting and we need to change her phone number. My husband is a police officer and spoke with this company and they asked him for a credit card to returned the funds which were never provided in the first place. They are a complete scam company.
