Live chat is a total scam. They charge a dollar through your credit card and without telling you they charge big monthly fees right out of your credit card or debit card. I disputed these unauthorized charges with jpay and they refused to reimburse me. Jpay offers 0 protection to the client, live chat is an overseas company who preys on lonely American people.
