I ordered and paid for a product in May (it’s now July), credit card charged instantly, confirmation email and then nothing. Emails are not replied to. I’ve lost $100 🙁

I ordered a lint remover from this company on April 5, over Instagram, and was immediately notified that my credit card was charged: "We have received your order and is currently being processed. Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with your tracking number." I never received an email confirming shipment WITHIN TWO DAYS and I have yet to receive one. The item I purchased was "free"; the $12.95 USD charge was for delivery. And yet, despite emailing Lint Solution, calling them (it was an illegitimate number), and reporting them, there has been no delivery. This a fraudulent charge for a service that was promised and not performed. I have followed up with the company 7 times: twice by responding to the email they sent confirming they charged my card; twice on their website; once via phone — which directed me to what the person who answered claimed was a "private home" number; and twice again, after they told me they refunded me, meanwhile, my bank statements confirms they did not. This is a predatory fake company operating at a time when people are in the midst of disaster, and are much more vulnerable to scams. I wish I had done the research before I made the purchase, because if you look at their site’s About and FAQ, they are clearly written by bad actors, just as this is clearly a fraudulent business. I searched for other people’s experiences and they were all similar to my own. The charge was not great, but the principle is. Even if they work on a small scale, they can do a lot of damage.
