Ordered product on 2.13.19 and received confirmation email. It stated another email would follow when item shipped. Original email said would ship in 2-7 weeks. I contacted customer service on 4.19.19 due to no email regarding shipment. I requested a refund via a message because over prior two weeks, attempted calls all went to a message.
