I ordered a reusable metal straw on august 17, the site said it was free and that I just had to pay shipping costs. paid shipping and received item within their given time frame. now i have been charged monthly from their billing company on the 17th of each month. have not received any more products let alone have i ordered anything more from them. i haven’t authorized any sort of use with my credit card since shipping costs for the straw.
