Basically they get you on the hook for debt settlement but in a way that is offering you a consolidation loan, when you are “denied” the consolidation loan your next options is debt settlement, which before getting anything in writing or confirming if you are even “approved” for their debt settlement program you are asked to provide a routing and an account Number. It was very odd and their tactics are deceiving.
