Type of a scam Tech Support
LIfe Care is stated to be a computer security company that I have used many years ago. I paid for the service and after the contract over decided that now I was not letting anyone into my computer that I talk to only on phone. My connection with company is when they called to tell me I needed to let them into my computer to update my security. I am not sure about being a scam or not but when I say no, that should be it. They have called me several times each day for a couple weeks now and I continue to say no. They say I will continue to get the calls until I let them into my computer and take care of my security. I can not block the call because it states restricted number on my phone , there is no number to block. I really would like this to stop. Most of time I let it ring, when I do answer, I don’t get an answer or if I do get ahold of someone, they do not listen to me when I say no, they just want to get into my computer. So tired of hearing phone ring.
