I received a License Plate Toll Statement in the mail that looks like a bill. The statement states there is an unpaid balance of $18.60 plus an added $5.00 late fee totaling $23.60 for the Denver, Colorado from E-470 Public Highway Authority. We have NEVER been to Colorado. Also the statement date is 9/19/2019 which is impossible as I just back surgery and is unable to travel long distances. I looked on line for this company and found 2 youtube videos one form this company showing their process and stating they will send 3 statements to you and after a few months of an unpaid account they will send it to collections. The other video states that this is a phishing scam and to throw it away or if you receive an email to not open it and delete it right away. This is a pretty elaborate scam.

I received a bill in the mail from LicensePlateToll for 19.20 looking for me to call and pay on line or call w/my credit card number. I contacted the business and they asked me to verify my address. I gave them the statement ID and that should be enough they continued to ask for my address. I did not give them my full name just my first name and the id from the statement. they refused to tell me when and where the toll was and they did have my correct address. DO not PAY
