I ordered 2 face masks from LHTees on April 16, 2020. Their website said due to COVID that shipping could take 14-21 days. I was fine with that and placed my order. Well it is now June 11 and my order hasn’t even shipped. I have been in contact with their customer support and the fist time I asked they responded, and said they would let their team know to rush my order (this was already at the end of May). A week ago I checked and my order still hasn’t shipped. I emailed again asking for a refund and to cancel my order, and received no response. I’ve now had to file a dispute with my bank. DO NOT ORDER FROM LHTEES.COM. Total waste of time and money.
