Type of a scam Phishing
I have been called dozens of times over the past month over a Lexus warranty. I rarely answer (they come from different numbers all the time) and when I do I typically only say please remove me from your call list. This time they quickly asked me a question and I answered with a Yes and they immediately hung up. I had heard about the YES scam and did not think about it at all until they hung up. I am worried I will be charged something in the future that I did not agree to, but they will use my recording.
