I made a purchse on www.leofifty.com there was a mistake in the size of the shoe we purchased so I reached our initially to the support system for the page and after many attempts received a response from someone named Robin (I have the email that responded as well). Upin checking my paypal I found it odd that the purchase was categorized as "jewelry". I ordered a customized pair of shoes. Anyhow, they did respond and confirmed they would send the correct size. I attempted to follow up with no respomse. I received no follow up until about 1 month ago when I receive a notice that the items had "shipped". We have not received any item. Then over the last day or 2 I was asked to rate my product. Thinking maybe they had it mixed up I went back to the shipped email and attempted to track. The so called link was not active. I attempted to contact the seller via phone and email with no response. I reported it to PayPal requesting a refund after I read ScamPulse.com results of investigation. The web page listed on the photo I attached as well as the www.leofifty.com website are no longer active. If I can provide any further information please contact me at your comvience. Buyer beware – item received was incredibly poor quality and was sent directly from China which is why it takes 3-4 weeks to receive. Website states that that you may return any purchase within 30 days but then the company refuses to send a return label. The rationale for not accepting the return is that it looks like the mock-up online and they believe it will look very nice on you. The phone line is dead and the payments go through a 3rd party. I found another complaint on ScamPulse.com but it was after the fact. Lesson learned to research more carefully before buying in the future.
