Trail purchase was inadvertently ordered and upon receiving the product I called to cancel on 7/13/18. I did not know i was to receive to cancellation number but i was told it was cancelled. I then received the products in August after notification of billing from my bank. I called the company on 8/27/18 to let them know i cancelled and they told me i had not because i did not receive a cancellation number. "Their notes" said i was going to try it (this is b***). I then received my cancellation number but had to wait until products where received, ship back, track the package, call then back with my tracking number and then get charged a $9.95 per bottle restocking fee for something i was not to receive to begin with.
