Received a call from a Washington number shown in the picture attached saying that IRS is filing a lawsuit against me and to call back that number immediately.

Received a voice mail stating that it is the legal department of Internal Revenue Service and it is a final notice for the lawsuit against me and to call back 206-973-7887. Could not reach anyone at that number, and I was directedd to call 800-645-0005, which didn’t reach anyone either.
