Type of a scam Employment
Sam Sharma called me and said he was from infoedgestaffing.com and had a position available. He emailed me the position and we talked and I mentioned I wasn’t scrum certified. He emailed me links to 3 learning web sites and I told him I had a course I was already taking but he said it had to be one of these courses. He directed me the Learningeschool.com site and said if I booked the course Verizon would definitely hire me as long as I was in the course and showed proof of attendance. I was desperate to find a job and booked the course. I called him back and the greeting was from Learning E School and I realized I had been scammed. I reached him and he lied about the greeting and said he would contact me about the interview. I then checked out infoedgestaffing.com and it was just a web page. None of the URL were connected to anything just 401 errors. I called again and he continued lying. I then called learning e school and got a Daniel Banabus. Another Indian salesperson who swore by the school. I told him I was on to the scam and I wanted my money back. He said that was my choice. I sent an email with the invoice and they said they would refund my money. I received an email saying they refunded my money to my Paypal account. I don’t have a paypal account and I am still fighting with this company
