I was on their website. I went to order the 3 bottle Keto package. The company kicked it back saying that they declined the transaction. I then checked my bank and the company had Charged me 4 times for a product I DID NOT try to buy 4 times. On top of that they charged me well over the $29.95 per bottle cost 2 of those 4 times. They stole $399.88 from my account, breakdown being $129.99X2 and 69.95X2. I called the company and spoke to Ann ID#115 and she refused to look into the matter, she refused to take action to ensure my money back. In fact she kept saying she did not take the money while I was on with my bank they were stating the company took the money. So Leanmelt.com has probably stolen from many other customers and they did not notice or fight. I have since had to report the website and the individual Ann to my bank’s theft and fraud department. The bank is now in process researching the fraud but it could take up to 45 days before they make a decision.
