This is a non-delivery scam. I lost $250. The outfit behind this is headquartered in Cameroon but has headquarters all over Africa and they put up over 100 websites that are constantly changing. This is a known scam, but wasn’t known by me. The only name I have associated with these people is John Wafusi.
