We purchased a time share from Le Reve in Playa Del Carmen. They told us we would get a week vacation from ICE and DAE , including cruises for $169.00. Not the case. The cruises are over $4000.00. We called to cancel our membership and were told 14 days for refunds. It has been 3 months. They do not answer e-mails and their phones have been disconnected. The product they promised us di not exist and they are not keeping our money. Do not go to Le Reve if ever in Playa Del Carmen. The resort is not real.
