After beginning to sign up for a free trial for face cream, I was prompted with a free trial offer for eye serum. I clicked on the picture to get information about the product and the product was added to my cart and purchased without my consent. After being charged $89.97, 14 days later I find out that it was a free trial for a subscription that was not advertised on the website, receipt, email confirmation, or even the product package. The only place this information can be found is in he terms and conditions that I didn’t have a chance to look at because of the abrupt check out. Even after talking to 4 customer service representatives, I still ended up paying over $35 for a “risk free-free trial”.
